TSM4升級6.2.1 -> 6.2.4

因使用SQL語法無法顯示SpMg type欄，系統建議升級至6.2.3，目前最新為6.2.4，故升級之

這次升級應該也會解決之前DB Backup link error情形

Error description
When using SQL to query the OCCUPANCY table,  the columns

 - TYPE
 - FILESPACE_NAME
 - FILESPACE_ID

will be blank for file systems containing space managed data.

Local fix
Use QUERY OCCUPANCY instead of SELECT FROM OCCUPANCY.
